This is my mother\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s recipe, and I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m presenting it here exactly as she wrote it down.<\/p>\n
Impossible Pumpkin Pie<\/p>\n
3\/4 cup sugar\t\t\t\t2 eggs
\n1\/2 cup biscuit mix \t\t\t\t1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
\n2 tsp. butter\t\t\t\t\t2 1\/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
\n1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk\t\t2 tsp. vanilla<\/p>\n
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch pie pan. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes.<\/p>\n
